The first phase of The Crossings Opening in April 2024 where the two anchor tenants Tesco & Aldi began trading. Occupation of 279 residential units also took place in 2023. 

When fully complete, The Crossings will comprise of 975 residential units, 18,000 sq m of retail space, and 3,500 sq m of commercial uses to include a civic/library building, creche, enterprise center, and primary care facility.
